Qixiang Tengda reported revenue of RMB 24.029 billion for the first nine months of 2026, up 31.94% year on year, in its third-quarter report released on the evening of October 23, 2026. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 38.0983 million, marking a return to profit from a loss a year earlier. The company also announced that its new high-end fragrance product had entered production.
The results show revenue growth alongside a return to profitability. However, the scale of earnings relative to revenue makes the durability of that recovery a key point to watch. Revenue growth alone does not establish a sustained improvement in profitability; subsequent results will help show whether the company can translate a larger revenue base into stronger earnings.
The fragrance product's production launch is a separate operational development. It marks a step toward commercial supply, but entering production does not by itself establish customer demand, sales volumes or a meaningful earnings contribution. The launch therefore provides no basis for attributing the first nine months' return to profit to the new product.
For the fragrance business, the next developments to watch are customer uptake, sales growth and the product's contribution to earnings. Future company disclosures on these points would help clarify whether the production launch develops into a material source of revenue and profit.
