Aluminum oxide powder (chemical formula Al ₂ O3) is a multifunctional inorganic material widely used in industrial, electronic, chemical and other fields due to its high melting point, high hardness, chemical stability and insulation properties. Refractory Products
High temperature furnace lining: used as an inner lining material for steel and glass kilns, capable of withstanding high temperatures above 1600 ℃ and resisting slag erosion.
Castable/Spray Coating: As an aggregate for amorphous refractory materials, it enhances high-temperature flexural strength (>10MPa) and wear resistance, extending equipment life.
Ceramic reinforcement
Structural ceramics: added to ceramic bodies to increase hardness (Mohs hardness 9.0) and bending strength (>800 MPa), used for cutting tools, bearings, etc.
Special ceramics, such as spark plugs and wear-resistant pump valve components, are corrosion-resistant and have excellent thermal stability.

Integrated circuit substrate: 99.99% high-purity α - Al ₂ O3 substrate, thermal conductivity ≥ 28 W/(m · K), good insulation.
Vacuum tube/capacitor: resistant to high voltage, low dielectric loss, ensuring stability of high-frequency devices.

Lithium battery separator coating: Nano alumina enhances the thermal stability of the separator (resistant to temperatures above 200 ℃), preventing thermal runaway.
Energy saving lighting: As a fluorescent layer material for high-pressure sodium lamps, it enhances the efficiency of far-infrared radiation.
4、 Chemical Catalysis and Environmental Protection
Catalyst carrier
Petroleum refining: γ - type activated alumina supported catalyst, used for cracking and desulfurization reactions, with a specific surface area of several hundred m ²/g.
Automobile exhaust treatment: Honeycomb shaped carrier adsorbs harmful gases and is resistant to high temperature corrosion.
Adsorption and Purification
Fluoride removal agent: Activated alumina balls can adsorb fluoride ions in drinking water with a capacity of 2-4 mg/g.
Gas drying: Deeply dehydrated to a dew point of -70 ℃, used for gas purification in the oxygen and electronics industries.
5、 Other innovative applications
Biomaterials: Nano alumina enhances the wear resistance of artificial joints and has excellent biocompatibility.
Composite material modification: added to plastics and rubber to enhance creep resistance and wear resistance.
UV cured coating: improves the scratch resistance of floor paint and plastic surfaces, and extends their service life.
